Notes: Back translates to 1935 Emergency Navy Special Maneuvers Participation Badge. Awarded on the Hatsuharu (初春, Early Spring) Battleship. It was was the lead ship of six Hatsuharu-class destroyers built under the Circle One Program (Maru Ichi Keikaku). It was commisioned in 1933 and was sunk in the Philipines in 1944. It was also involved in defence preperations at Iwo Jima, though not involved in the actual battle.
